The Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) sets out the learning and development stages for children as they grow from birth to five years. As a setting, we use the EYFS framework to outline what we need to do to support your child. The Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework supports an integrated approach to early learning and care. It gives all professionals a set of common principles and commitments to deliver quality early education and childcare experiences to all children.

You will be invited to share relevant information about your child. We never forget that parents are a child's first educators and that you have a wealth of skills and knowledge that you can contribute to the setting.

A member of our team will work closely with your child and build up a good relationship as their key person to support your child with their care, learning and development. The member of staff will ensure that your child feels happy and secure and is willing to explore new opportunities in the setting.
